Each item contains specific wash and care instructions listed on the product label/tag. Please follow the instructions listed to ensure the longevity of your Bask & Bins' product!

Orders

How long does it take for my order to ship?

All orders are processed within 48-72 hours and are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. Since UPS and USPS are third party providers, we're unable to 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered on a specific date—occasionally a weather or operational delay could impact your delivery by a day or so. We recommend keeping a close eye on your order's tracking numbers for delivery updates.

What is the cancellation/return policy?

Due to the nature of our products refunds and returns must be made within 7 business days from date of delivery. Please contact us at sales@baskandbins.com or use our contact form with any questions or concerns related to your order and we'll be happy to assist to ensure your satisfaction.
